A slow fundamental read of where the AI build-out sits: demand intensity from usage, adoption, capex, and announced projects; supply tightness from component-cycle health, chokepoints, and capacity relief. Every print keeps its inputs, knowledge dates, coverage, and methodology hash.

The retrospective proxy pack cannot authorize publication.

This pack is explicitly marked preliminary_proxy. Its values were assembled after the episodes and cannot masquerade as point-in-time evidence. Numerically, committed_pipeline correlates 96.3% with the heat index—above the pre-declared 95% redundancy limit. The weekly recorder keeps collecting inputs, but a forward print requires a separately reviewed point-in-time evidence manifest and every numerical gate.
